Your First Visit
What to Expect
The Patient Experience
When you first walk through our doors, you’ll be greeted by our friendly office team. You’ll then be invited to sit down and relax as you wait to be called back for your appointment. Once your hygienist is ready for you, we’ll invite you into one of our operatories.
You’ll receive a cleaning, comprehensive exam, x-rays, and Dr. Tran will sit down with you to discuss the results. If everything looks healthy, you’ll be able to schedule your next appointment in the front office. If anything needs extra attention, Dr. Tran will explain the results and take time to address any questions or concerns you might have, and he will describe any further treatment recommendations.

Since all of our forms are available electronically, all you need to bring to your appointment is your ID and your insurance information!
